1. What types of insurance products do you specialize in?

I Specialize in Personal & Commercial lines Insurance which will include the following: House Contents, Buildings, All Risk, Personal, Sports & Classic Cars, Agriculture Business Insurance, Transport Heavy Haulage, Goods in Transit Insurance, Wholesalers, Contractors all risk, Yellow Metals, Guest Houses, Schools, Restaurants, Aviation Insurance, Event, Liability Cover & Cyber Insurance.

2. Which area in South Africa are you based?

I live in the beautiful Paarl Western Cape

3. What do you enjoy most about working in the insurance industry?

By still making a difference. I’m a Short-Term Insurance Broker but i believe in building Long Term Everlasting Relationships. I get to connect with each client on a personal level and to learn more about their business by doing a proper needs analysis, To get the right product for the type of business the client has and to make sure I underwrite & ensure the client correctly with adequate cover in place.

4. How many years of experience do you have in Insurance?

I’ve got 21 Years Experience in Short Term Insurance.

5. What sets you as a broker apart from others?

Definitely the A Team behind me. I need to emphasize again the importance of teamwork and how your success is tied to the collective effort of those around you. I am grateful for the powerful engine behind me because a strong team can elevate individual performance, while a weak one can hold back even the most capable person.

I still believe in service excellence & to have my client’s best interest at heart. An Exceptional client service is about going above and beyond what is realistically expected & turning them into enthusiastic referral sources who will stick with you not only because you do great work but because of the value that you bring to your client. From a client perspective I believe it is the little promises you keep that matter the most, just returning a phone call, respond promptly, know your product or services, listen to your client’s needs, solve problems, providing information you said you are going to provide, giving timely feedback of their claim, or simply just getting to know them on a personal basis can significantly impact this relationship.
